Once we understand the scope of your instructions we will send you a Disclosure Statement setting out details of our fees. If you accept that we will ask you to sign our cost agreement and pay a retainer, once we receive your retainer we will commence work on your matter. You also have the right to negotiate a fixed fee for our services.
